A: An easy and efficient way to contact the various government officials involved with your property assessment is to use the SunCPAC Model Report home page. Log onto the SunCPAC Model Report at www.suncpac.org. In the band across the top of the page, click on the box containing âAssessment Officials.â This will take you to a page with a list of township, county, and state assessment officials or offices. The page also gives some guidance as to the process for handling your assessment questions or appeals.
Q: Where can I find maps focused on Sun City properties?
A: For access to a set of maps specifically depicting Sun City neighborhoods, again go to the SunCPAC website at www.suncpac.org. By clicking on the âN-Mapsâ box at the top of the page, you will be brought to a list of neighborhood maps. Clicking on your neighborhoodâs number will take you to a map depicting the layout of your neighborhoodâs lots and the surrounding land. This may prove useful when seeking a âsimilarâ model for comparison of assessments.
