– By Friday, September 26, high-speed Internet service between the station and the water tower will be tested.

– In early October, HCR will conduct extensive testing of its LPFM equipment and FM signal to validate the integrity of the equipment; the validity of is data and the compliance of its LPFM signal strength with the FCC requirements.

– Anticipating that the installation and testing period goes as planned, the FCC is expected to issue HCR its LPFM license by the end of October.
