On each item give yourself a 1, 2, 3 or 4, being as honest with yourself as you can. When you finish, add up your score for the total. The higher the score, the least toxic you are.


Number of bowel movements per week:

1-3=1 4=2 5-6=3 1-3 daily=4


Describe your skin:

very dry=1 2=dry extremely oily=3 balanced=4


Do you experience gas and bloating?

All day long=1 once/day=2 2 times a week=3 rare=4


Do you have a thyroid condition?

Yes=1 no=4


Describe gallbladder:
