From Catty to Cornell

What was once a milk condensation factory has now turned into luxury apartments in downtown Huntley. Located at 11117 S. Church St. behind Huntley Town Square, the Cornell is rich in history both inside and outside the building, and its redevelopment reflects Huntley’s recent growth. There are 38 apartments inside that include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom spaces with many quirks that are original to the building.
