I’ve emailed the SCCAH Board on 11/2/15 and again on 11/5/15, hoping they would acknowledge and answer my four questions to our residence and therein avoid publishing this letter in the Sun Day, but they have not responded.

During my first and second years of attending the U of I (Navy Pier) in Chicago, (long before the U of I Circle Campus constructed), I used the CTA, (Chicago Transit Authority) from my parent’s home near Belmont Ave./Elston to Howard St. (elevated), to Grand Ave to the Navy Pier. It was really a drag, especially in winter.
