Financial report shows significant increase in Sun City home sales

Every month each resident of Sun City is billed a minimum Home Owner Association (HOA) assessment of $129.

The Association’s most recent Treasurer’s Report, dated May 26, was presented by Mr. Bob McGouey at the last Association Board Meeting, shows a summary of the community’s financials. The report detail is posted on the Resident Portal on the community website.

Joe Quinn, a member of the Woodchucks, commented that “there were at least 90 members at the Woodchucks meeting on June second.” Activities at the Millgrove Workshop are expected to increase.

Another big development project could be in the works for Huntley

By now, Huntley residents may be fully aware of an Amazon receive center that will be occupying property on 41W368 Freeman Road. As completion for the receive center is anticipated for June 2022, it has begun conversations regarding the potential for other major businesses to take interest in coming to Huntley.
