Susan Dorothea Wehnes (“Susie”), 83, of Huntley, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Susie was born on August 29, 1942, the daughter of Edward and Marguerite (Schiedt) Huebl. John W. Kraft passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years and travel companion Cynthia “Cindy” Kraft nee Colby; his loving children Becca (significant other, Danielle Kirby; and beloved pup, Buckley) and Alan Kraft; and his precious puppy Scout. Jacqueline A. Cesarone, 90, a resident of Huntley and formerly of Elmhurst, passed away at home surrounded by family on Monday, July 14, 2025. She was a beloved wife to her late husband Carl, with whom she shared 67 years of marriage, and a loving mother of John (Hazel Cristan) Cesarone, Judy O'Kelley, and Joseph (Jing) Cesarone. Annette Goode, 79, was an 18-year resident of Sun City. She moved to Lebanon, TN, in 2023 to be near her grandchildren. She passed on July 8 after a brief cancer illness. Annette was a native of Chicago and attended Resurrection High School and Mundelein College where she earned her Bachelor of Education degree in 1968. Carol Evans, 91, of Algonquin, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5, 2024, at The Pearl of Crystal Lake. Carol was a special person who lit up any room she entered. She will be remembered for her quick wit, infectious laugh, and her ability to make any person she spoke with feel special. She was a good friend who kept in constant touch with her best friends for over 80 years. She was talented at sewing and cross stitch. She enjoyed playing bridge and doing puzzles. She was an avid Ohio State fan, and you could find her most weekends cheering for her football team. Ann T. Kalscheur, 79, of Huntley, died peacefully on November 9, 2023, with her family by her side. Ann was born March 3, 1944, the daughter of William and Nancy Teichman. Ann grew up in North Brunswick, New Jersey. On November 30, 1968, Ann married Kenneth Kalscheur at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Washington, D.C.
