The Sun City Strutters return to the Drendel Ballroom on June 9 and 10 at 7:00 p.m. for their upcoming show, “Thank You for the Music.”
Nancy Kutska said, “This year’s performance is special. The show is dedicated to the group’s founder, Jackie Cesarone, who passed away last July, and to Mary Wyatt, who passed on March 17. Mary was the Strutters’ Artistic Director and Ballet instructor for 14 years.”
By honoring their past, the Strutters are continuing to build a legacy spanning 25 years. The evening will feature high-energy routines in tap, jazz, and ballet, along with several guest performers.
The Strutters are a dynamic group of women, ranging in age from 50 to over 80, who show that a passion for dance is not limited by age. Beyond the spotlight, the group offers a fantastic way to exercise both the body and the mind.
