Tickets are officially on sale for Sun City Huntley’s upcoming Casino Royale night, bringing the high-stakes energy of a Las Vegas casino floor directly to the local community. The event will take place on Friday, October 2, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Prairie Lodge.
“The Lifestyle Department is very excited to offer our inaugural Casino Night at Prairie Lodge next month. Our department goal is to continually bring the residents new, exciting, and large-scale events. Our event has a little of something for everyone. We will offer numerous gambling tables run by professional dealers, a money wheel table, bingo room, and Jameson’s buffet and cash bar. At the end of the night, chips will be cashed in for a chance to win a valuable prize. Gambler or not, come out enjoy an electric and very social atmosphere full of fun, friendly competition, and Vegas-style gaming. Casino and food Tickets are selling fast so act soon. This will be a memorable night you won’t want to miss,” said Melissa Hornick, Lifestyle manager.
Attendees will step into a fully-transformed casino environment. Upon arrival, every guest will receive a $500 entry chip to start their run, a chip holder, and an official admission wristband for room access.
The grand raffle drawings will take place from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., featuring a pool of valuable prizes. To keep the evening relaxed, participants do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win their raffle prizes.
Due to expected high demand and table capacities, a limited number of tickets are available. Organizers have set a strict deadline to register by Friday, September 25, at 12 p.m. Guests can choose between two separate ticket tiers. Entry to the casino only costs $25, while a combined casino and buffet ticket is available for $40. The buffet option can only be purchased with the casino ticket. Residents are encouraged to secure their passes early by picking up their Sun City Huntley ticket at the Member Services or Fitness at Prairie Lodge Desk before the registration window closes.
