Increased Sun City population drives charter club membership numbers

One of the biggest incentives that attracted seniors to Sun City was activities. In their neighborhoods or at a large, well equipped recreation center or athletic field, they could pursue hobbies and recreational interests conveniently and frequently.

Help wanted

Your Community Radio Station has been broadcasting on 101.5 FM for nearly six months, and we’re getting busier and busier. By May, we’ll have 44 shows and more to come. And that’s great…but while there’s a lot to do, we just don’t have enough volunteers to get some of the jobs done.

About 12 years ago, Sun City’s Neighborhoods 27 and 28 were designed and built out. That design included construction off a large flood-control detention pond located behind homes along Windsor Drive.
