I’m a widow in her seventies seeking advice on managing seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Over the last few years, I’ve found myself slipping into a state of loneliness and melancholy after the rush of the holiday season. However, as someone who spends a lot of time alone, I struggle to find motivation or inspiration to pursue such interests.
