Volunteer Center of McHenry County is a non-for-profit organization who builds capacity of local agencies through volunteerism, training, and workshops. Join VCMC, meet the local media, and learn how get the word out about your agency. Hear suggestions from the media representatives on how to best promote your agency’s needs to reach your desired demographic. You will be treated to a light breakfast, while you enjoy keynote speaker, Kevin Lyons. Stay for an open panel discussion with McHenry County’s local media agencies. Be sure to bring your questions! 2018 guest panelists include, Stew Cohen – Star 105.5, Brett Rowland – Northwest Herald, Chris La Pelusa – Sun Day newspaper, Dan McCaleb – Illinois News Network and Allen Pollack – Huntley Community Radio.
